The GestMax home page has a real personalized recruitment dashboard updated in real time .
Fully modular, this page allows each user to view the information they are interested in , in particular everything that is new since their last connection as well as the tasks assigned to them or scheduled. As an example, the recruiter may have on his dashboard the latest applications received, unread messages from candidates, candidate interviews scheduled or confirmed for the week, etc. .
Users can also have important graphic statistics for their recruitment management: for example on the CV flow by day or by month or the distribution of these same applications by all kinds of criteria. .
Each user profile has unlimited customization according to their rights: thus the Recruiter has access at a glance to job opening requests or activity statistics for his team , the department head is asked for an opinion on this or that candidate and so on…
How the GestMax recruitment dashboard works
When creating the recruitment software, each user has a standard dashboard for recruiting a dozen of the most used widgets that ‘it will be able to evolve by moving, modifying or deleting these widgets and of course by creating new ones all from the same page and with a single click.
The number of possible widgets is unlimited since at any time in the software, you can decide to place such request or result in the dashboard as a new custom widget.
You can also configure your data in the form of a graph to facilitate the analysis of your daily recruitment campaigns.
